Q. HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

A. We have multiple payment methods:

1. CASH APP

1. Using Cash App send your payment to $ptbeauty

2. Be sure to write your order number in the "for" field. ONLY WRITE THE ORDER NUMBER NOTHING ELSE!!! for example #1407

3. You will receive a tracking number via Email and Text within 24 hours after the order was made.

2. ZELLE

1. Using Zelle send your payment to tapfumapassion@gmail.com

2. Be sure to write your order number in the "for" field. ONLY WRITE THE ORDER NUMBER NOTHING ELSE!!! for example #1407

3. You will receive a tracking number via Email and Text within 24 hours after the order was made.

3. APPLE PAY 

1. Using Apple Pay, send your payment to 484-522-2811

2. Be sure to text us your order number. 

3. You will receive a tracking number via Email and Text within 24 hours after the order was made.

4. Credit/Debit Card

1. Choose the card payment option at checkout, and we will send you an invoice. 

Q. WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

A. All orders are usually shipped the next business day after payment has been received. (If you order Friday your order will be shipped out Monday morning)

Q. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

A. Orders are shipped using USPS so allow 3-7 business days to receive your order depending on where you live.

Q. I RECEIVED MY ORDER DAMAGED ?

A. Send us an email at ptbeautysuppy@gmail.com be sure to include pictures of the broken bottle. We will replace any broken bottles given you provide the proof. 

Q. ORDER SAYS DELIVERED BUT I NEVER RECEIVED IT?
