Q. WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
A. All orders are usually shipped within 2 business day after payment has been received. (If you order Friday your order will be shipped out Monday morning)
Q. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
A. Orders are shipped using USPS so allow 3-7 business days to receive your order depending on where you live.
Q. I RECEIVED MY ORDER DAMAGED ?
A. Send us an email at ptbeautysuppy@gmail.com be sure to include pictures of the broken bottle. We will replace any broken bottles given you provide the proof.
