Q. WHY CAN'T I USE MY CREDIT CARD ON YOUR WEBSITE?

A. Due to Apetamin containing a prescription ingredient and not being FDA approved, we cannot accept credit cards. We can only accept Cash app and Zelle.

Q. HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

A. We have Cash app payment method currently

CASH APP

1. Using Cash App send your payment to $ptbeauty

2. Be sure to write your order number in the "for" field. ONLY WRITE THE ORDER NUMBER NOTHING ELSE!!! for example #1407

3. You will receive a tracking number via Email and Text within 24 hours after the order was made.

 

Q. WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

A. All orders are usually shipped the next business day after payment has been received. (If you order Friday your order will be shipped out Monday morning)

Q. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

A. Orders are shipped using USPS so allow 3-7 business days to receive your order depending on where you live.

Q. I RECEIVED MY ORDER DAMAGED ?

A. Send us an email at ptbeautysuppy@gmail.com be sure to include pictures of the broken bottle. We will replace any broken bottles given you provide the proof. 

Q. ORDER SAYS DELIVERED BUT I NEVER RECEIVED IT?

A. Call us on 4845222811 or email ptbeautysupply@gmail.com for assistance. 

Q. THE APETAMIN BOTTLE IS NOT FULL?

A. Please note that Apetamin is never a full bottle to the top. It usually is about quarter to full and some bottle may differ due to manufacturing. Please note we don't make the Apetamin Syrup and is not responsible for different sizes of bottles.
